Haddonfield Public Library Strategic Plan: 2026-2030

The Haddonfield Public Library (HPL) serves as the intellectual and cultural heart of our borough, providing a vital space for discovery, connection, and lifelong learning. This Strategic Plan was developed in 2025–2026 to ensure that library services evolve alongside our residents' needs, creating a sustainable and vibrant future for the institution.

By grounding our future goals in direct community feedback, we ensure that every tax dollar and donor contribution is aligned with the actual priorities of Haddonfield residents.

Below, you can see our 2026–2030 goals which are a direct response to the needs identified in our community survey.  Click here for an expanded discussion of the findings and goals.  We will publish on this page annual updates on our progress!
