March is Women’s History month.
Many programs and activities are planned this month.

The Children’s Dept. has a kid and parent knitting program beginning on Saturday, Feb. 13. Check out the Kids Department; Other Programs for details.

Dr. Marc Mappen, eminent NJ historian, will give a book discussion and sign copies of his new book, ” There’s More to New Jersey than the Sopranos” on March 17, at 7 pm. Free. Register by calling 429-1304.

Teen Tech Week is March 7-13! The library is sponsoring a digital story contest for teens ages 12-18. Create a digital story about Haddonfield and win a digital camera! Visit the Teen area of the library for rules of the contest. Digital entries are due on March 11.  The winner of the digital story contest will be unveiled at a party for teens on March 12, at 6:30 pm ! Pizza and light refreshments will be available.  On March 7 at 3 pm Erica Braverman, Teen Coordinator, will give teens a fun session on Web 2.0 and how to use it .
