Join us for a 45-minute class Barre3 outdoor fitness class taught by Kaitlin Bitting on the Library lawn.
Barre3 is a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within. Participants should bring their own yoga mat and water bottle.
